Prior Paperwork
Before you see the doctor, Herndon Chiropractic Clinic requires you to complete a standard health history form that will ensure the chiropractor factors in all of the outlying causes for your condition. Our friendly receptionist is happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have during this process.

Consultation
Once you complete your paperwork, you will meet with your doctor regarding your current condition and your future wellness goals. The more information we have about your previous and present health conditions, the more efficient the prognosis and treatment. Knowledge of our patients' health histories and goals enables us to create tailored solutions that will put them on the path to recovery.

Examination
After your consultation, your doctor will perform a complete chiropractic examination which often times includes checking your reflexes, testing your range of motion as well as other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural and physical examinations. If necessary, Dr. Herndon may x-ray in order to get a thorough evaluation of your condition.

Assessment Report
Once the examination is complete, your doctor will discuss the recommended steps to take in an effort to reach your health goals. The assessment report will not only clarify your treatment suggestions, but will also help you determine whether or not Herndon Chiropractic Clinic's chiropractic services are right for you.

Treatment
With your consent, your doctor will often times end your initial appointment with your first treatment which may include spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy and/or physical therapy.
